We are committed to provide the fastest possible shipping time. Your order will be shipped within one business day via Canada Post. If you wish to have your order delivered by courier, please contact us for arrangements.

Kindly inspect all goods upon receipt and any damage in transit or shortages must be brought to Kinderel’s attention within 48 hours of receipt/invoice. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period.

Where goods have been damaged in transit, Kinderel will arrange for collection and offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost to customer. In circumstances where the packaging is damaged on arrival, the customer is required to write 'Box damaged' when signing to accept delivery.

 Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, Kinderel will arrange for collection and offer a replacement at no charge to the customer.

 If the customer receives an order in good condition but would like to return it, they can exchange it within ten days of receipt/invoice as long as the item is returned unused, with all the labels intact. In these circumstances the customer will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return delivery.

 Failure within the warranty period; Kinderel products have a one year warranty. Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted.

As they are manufactured under strict quality control, we don't expect products to be faulty. However if a fault is found during the warranty period, Kinderel will arrange for collection and, after inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, will arrange repair or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired.
