Our hemp bamboo stretch fleece fabric is highly absorbent and exceptionally soft, making it a popular choice for both durability and comfort. The combination of hemp with bamboo combines the benefits of both fibers, the result being a fiber that has a good drape, is hypoallergenic and breathable. In addition, it is naturally antibacterial and block the UV rays, and promotes thermal regulation, keeping warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
This hemp bamboo fleece is produced without the use of harsh chemicals and finishes. It is not bleached, and it does not contain flame retardants or artificial absorbent materials.
The fabric is produced on high efficiency knitting machines, using OEKO-Tex certified fibers and world class motors and needles (produced by Japanese or German manufacturers). It is CPSIA and environmental compliant, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
For 8, 10 or 20 yards of fabric we can’t guarantee flawless material, but, whenever possible, we will add if needed an extra half yard for two defects or one testing hole (which is done for every bolt; industry requirements).
For full bolt - we check if it is the correct material, with the correct parameters, we weight them to estimate if the yardage is correct, as the material is purchased based on weight.
