This is the softest bamboo interlock that I've found. I love working with interlock because it's thicker than jersey and doesn't roll, which makes it perfect for things that are single ply. My #1 use for this is cloth Kleenex. It is thick enough to absorb well with a single layer. Instead of serging the edges, I cut them with pinking shears. It's super easy, doesn't fray, doesn't roll, and is attractive. It is also a very nice topper for cloth pads.
