One side of this fabric is smooth and knitted and the other side is raised, brushed, soft loops, giving you giving you the best material for products where absorbent fabrics are needed such as diapers, baby wipes, wash cloths, cloth diapers, prefold diapers, diaper inserts, prefolds, soakers, and piddle pads, or any project that needs maximum absorbing power.
This hemp cotton fleece is knitted in a light creamy natural color and takes dye well. It is also great for hoodies, jackets, sweatpants, blankets, wraps, leg warmers, skirts, pajamas, or any other clothing that would require a heavier, but soft, knit fabric.
Our hemp fleece fabric is in its natural cream-colored state, and has antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, making it a perfect texture for your inserts, doublers, and diapers.

This hemp organic cotton fleece knit fabric it is sold by the yard or wholesale 10+ yards or full bolts.
All natural fiber knits will shrink further, it is recommended to pre-wash whole yardage at the setting that your finished stitched item will be washed.
I recommend ordering more than one yard at a time to account for the shrinkage (natural fibers shrink).
Percentage shrink may differ depends on washing machine and dryer settings, but 10% shrinkage is not uncommon.
Prewash the hemp fleece fabric before cutting out your pattern. Wash your fabric more than one time before cutting and you will have a fantastic, very absorbent, perfect end result.
I suggest washing and drying it alone the first time, the fuzzy side tends to shed.
Our hemp fleece is done from true natural fibers and contains no polyester or synthetic.
It is made from 55% hemp and 45% certified organic cotton. Our Eco-friendly organic fabrics are all CPSIA compliant, meeting stringent standards by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission on lead and phthalates and flammability.
It contains no lead, BPA, phthalates or other harmful chemicals. Certificate can be provided when ordering.
Multiple yardage available. For more than 6 yards, we can't guarantee the fabric will be in one continuous piece.
