The fabric has a good weight and a gorgeous, fluid drape and is incredibly soft and smooth to the touch. It is also has great insulating properties, meaning that clothing sewn from this bamboo organic cotton jersey fabric feels cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, due to the micro pores in the bamboo fiber.
This practical eco-friendly knit is naturally soft, anti-bacterial and odor resistant, ideal for people sensitive to fabric and perfect for breathable, everyday-wear.
It is made with eco-friendly dyes, to not produce environmental pollution, which meets or exceeds environmental regulations.
Sewing with jersey it works well for most sewing patterns intended for knit fabrics. It’s the most popular in the family of knits, because it’s so versatile. You can use it for any garment, particularly those that you’d like to have added drape, like dresses or lounge trousers, or for added comfort for lots of movement such as child wear and active wear.
After many washes and use, the bamboo jersey products still keep their softness. It is easy to wash and dry and product last longer, maintaining its properties after several washes.
