Canadian orders ship next business day, or we will pay the shipping! 

US orders ship in 2 business days, or we will pay the shipping!

In order to ensure a smooth shipping process, please ensure that ALL shipping addresses in conjunction with your order are correct (on-line store, Paypal, credit card, etc). We are not responsible for any delays and additional fees that incurred as result of an incorrect address.

In order to serve our customers the way they deserve, we've put in extra effort in expediting shipping. 

Canadian orders ship within 24 hours guaranteed, or we will pay the shipping. Cut off time is 1 PM PST.

US and international orders ship from WA in 2 business days or less, or we will pay the shipping. The parcels ship from the US three times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The daily cut-off is 12 PM Pacific Time (3 PM Eastern Time) on the days prior to shipping. If time permits, we will make every effort to ship everything by the time the truck leaves the facility. 

Please note that the EXPEDITED USA shipping method we will use either Canada Post service from Vancouver, BC,  or, from WA, UPS ground or USPS Ground Advantage.  

Starting March 2016 all USA orders under the daily value of $800 are exempt from customs/duties. Any orders for which the value of the goods is greater than $800 are subject to customs/duties. 

Restrictions that apply to this offer:

  • For orders shipped within Canada this rule applies from Monday to Thursday by noon only, Fridays orders will ship on Monday. 
  • This offer will be adjusted for statutory holidays and vacation. For company-wide limited time promotions, we may need extra time to fulfill the orders;
  • Orders of 5 or more different types of fabrics and samples do not qualify for this offer; 

PLEASE NOTE: Once the parcels are dropped off with the carrier, the parcels are in their custody, and any issues should be addressed with them. We are happy to mediate, but any claims regarding missing orders, damaged packages, delays etc. have to be addressed directly to the carriers. In the less likely occasion that a claim needs to be filed with the shipping provider, we will either refund or send a replacement once the claim had been finalized with the carrier.
