Return/Refund Policy


Yes, returns are easy! Your satisfaction is our priority.

We are committed to offering the best value to our clients, with a risk-free 100% satisfaction guarantee. We don’t charge any restocking fees on returned merchandise. 

We stand behind our products and we want all clients to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of your needs and we treat our customers fairly. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of Kinderel's products, we will offer you a full refund.

You have 30 days to return almost any purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is unaltered and still in saleable condition (un-washed, un-cut fabrics). For altered materials by the client, we handle return requests on a case-by-case basis looking to make our customers happy. While we cannot accommodate every return request, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Shipping charges may be refunded depending on the reason for your return (i.e. wrong material). When goods are found to be faulty, Kinderel will accept the return and offer the choice of a replacement at no charge for the customer. 

You may not be refunded for shipping charges if the return was not due to an error by Kinderel. This includes color tones of the materials. Although we've done our best to picture the color, on your screen it might appear different than the actual color. If you are particular for a certain color tone, please get samples first to prevent any problems. 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified about the status of your refund request. If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.

Wholesale fabric flaws 

Please note that the 6+ yards pieces may contain imperfections, such as large test holes (8-12"), used by the mill during production, to sample fabric for quality control tests. Other flaws might be small stitch holes, black marks (as most of our fabrics are unbleached and un-dyed), broken needle etc. While we make all the efforts to avoid these imperfections, it is not always possible. When the defect is at the beginning of the yardage, we cut it out and store it in the remnants boxes, offered at discounted price (check Sale-by-the-yard section) . We advise that the usable yardage is about 95%. No refunds or credits will be offered for the damaged fabric, but, whenever it is possible, we will add extra yardage.

For full bolts, the fabrics are automatically measured on equipment that slightly stretches the bolts of fabric, therefore there may be up to +/- 5% variation comparing to the loose yardage measurements.

Damaged packages

Once the parcels are dropped off with the carrier, the parcels are in their custody, and any issues should be addressed with them. We are happy to mediate, but any claims regarding missing orders, damaged packages, delays etc, have to addressed directly to the carriers. In the less likely occasion that a claim is open with the shipping provider, we will either refund or send a replacement once the claim had been finalized with the carrier.
