Known also as heather lake, this navy stretch ribbing fabric is designed for neckbands or cuffs, to get your piece of clothing the proper fit. It’s elastic, and it retains its shape. A lovely tubular bamboo rib fabric.

Soft and very stretchy rib. Great for cuffs, wristbands, neckbands, tank tops.
