Orders within Canada:
Your order will be shipped within 2 (two) business days by regular mail or by courier. Please select the desired shipping method. Shipping insurance is included.
Orders to USA and International
For your a faster and cheaper service, we cross the border and ship your order from the from the US twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays, for payments submitted by Mondays, respectively Thursdays, till 8 PM PST. Shipping insurance is included.
Kindly inspect all goods upon receipt. Any damage in transit or shortages must be brought to Kinderel’s attention within 48 hours of receipt. No claims for damage in transit or shortages will be considered after this period;
Where goods have been damaged in transit, Kinderel will arrange for collection and offer the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to customer. In circumstances where the packaging is clearly damaged on arrival, the customer is required to write 'Box damaged' when signing to accept delivery.
We accept refunds and exchanges. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds and returns (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, Kinderel will arrange for collection and offer the choice of a replacement at no charge for customer;
Exchange or credit store is applicable for items received in good condition, but customers considers any item to be unsuitable. The goods may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned unused, with all the labels intact. In these circumstances the customer will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.
Failure within the warranty period (if applicable)
Kinderel’s baby products have a typical one year warranty. Proof of purchase must be supplied before warranty repairs can be accepted.
As we were manufacture or products in a strict quality demand, we don't expect that the products will fail. However, if it happens during the warranty period, Kinderel will arrange for collection and, after inspection, if the fault is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, will arrange repair or replacement if the goods cannot be repaired.
In the case that the fault is found to be due to wear and tear, abuse, misuse or accidental damage, Kinderel will provide a quote for rectifying the problem and the customer will be responsible for meeting the full cost of shipping and repair charges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale or Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items for unsuitable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Goods found to be faulty on receipt, will be replaced at Kinderel's expense.
We had chosen to not process credit cards payments. All payment is processes through the secure gateway managed by PayPal, see next section.
