Our PUL waterproof fabric is comprised from a slightly stretchy polyester interlock, that is laminated with polyurethane. The end result is a durable and flexible, breathable waterproof barrier, that allows releasing heat and vapors through tiny pores. This helps preventing diaper rash, keeping the body cool and comfortable.

The most popular application of this fabric is a classic cloth diaper covers, You can also use this lint free material for changing pad covers, wet bags, mattress protectors, bibs, menstrual pads, and many products that require waterproof fabric,

Fabric care

Machine wash warm-hang to dry or tumble dry medium heat. DO NOT IRON. Limit bleach to occasional use to avoid fading or breakdown of PUL. In addition-the waterproof surface can be easily wiped clean with a wet cloth.
Sewing recommendations: Use a ballpoint needle; After sewing-seal needle holes in PUL by placing in clothes dryer on high heat for 20 minutes.
